This machine pictured is a Double Drum 4 Screen Gentle Roll designed to screen and scalp rock salt. It is constructed of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. The Gentle Roll has been used in many salt applications from screening and sifting salt to scalping and sizing. Some salt products currently being run through a Gentle Roll include rock salt, salt pellets and granular salt. Some users have requested mild steel units for salt as well.
