Accidents happen, but with the Gentle Roll you can solve this problem with ease. The Gentle Roll Does a great job of separating soybeans from corn and this model pictured, 24-4-HBC, is a unit that does exactly that. The mix enters in the inlet and flows through the drum. In each screen section, the soybeans are removed and the corn continues on and discharges out of the overs hopper. This machine has a special discharge under all four sections so the customer could mount a screw conveyor to reclaim all the soybeans. The customer has mounted this machine on a trailer for mobility and shares it with multiple locations. We can accomodate any configuration you may have at your facilities and we also provide the option to have the unit mounted on a brand new trailer ready to use.
