This Model 24-2-HB Gentle Roll was built for a customer in Georgia for screening feed pellets at 20 TPH. The gentle rollover action of the Gentle Roll creates the ideal conditions to screen pellets. Not only does the rollover action screen excellent, but it conditions the pellets by buffing the ends of the pellets. By removing the flashings on the ends of the pellets, fines that would be created after the screener are significantly reduced. Some say that this is creating fines, however this is not the case, this action only removes more fines before they are created in further handling.
