Warranty Information

EBM Manufactured Products Limited Warranty

EBM Manufacturing, Inc. warrants the materials and workmanship of the components and parts it manufactures for one (1) year from date of documented startup (not to exceed 15 months from the date of shipment). EBM Manufacturing's warranty shall only extend to the furnishing of replacement parts and components and will not extend to the labor, mill wrights, cranes, or any and all other expenses associated to the installation of those parts and components. Seals are not included in warranty. Expected wear will not be considered as a warranty condition. EBM Manufacturing specifically does not warrant parts and components purchased by EBM Manufacturing from third party suppliers, including, but not limited to, such parts and components as motors, bearings, reducers, and switches. The buyer shall be limited to the terms of the warranty of that particular manufacturer.

Further, EBM Manufacturing makes no warranties of fitness of it's product for any one or more applications, or uses, nor does it warrant its product to perform or accomplish any job or goal, except that the customer can return the complete unit if it is not meeting customer's needs or expectations. The customer will receive full refund except for a clean up charge (if needed) & freight. A full refund is on a standard ordered unit within 90 days of start up. A full explanation in writing must be sent on the reason for return before any refund is issued. The refund of the full amount will be the amount invoiced by EBM Manufacturing, not an amount that a third party may invoice the end user for products.

There are no other warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof and there are no implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

EBM Manufacturing may extend warranties beyond the content of this form accepting more or less responsibility than listed herein.

Upon receiving a warranty claim by a customer, EBM Manufacturing will determine if maintenance neglect or abuse by the installer or operator error has caused the material failure. If it is found that the cause was from this condition, no warranty may be allowed.
