The Gentle Roll™ can be used on a variety of products

The Gentle Roll™ unit can sift, scalp or size virtually any free flowing product by granular size with capacities from 1500 bushel per hour/1900 cubic feet per hour to 15,000 bushel per hour/19,000 cubic feet per hour.  The Gentle Roll™ does not separate product by weight or color.  The Gentle Roll™ works excellent on applications from a pre-cleaner on corn before flaking to sizing fertilizer granular to removing fines from edible beans to conditioning salt pellets.  The larger variety of products we test the more applications we find that the Gentle Roll™ can fill.
