Do you need a specially designed Gentle Roll?

Most of the Gentle Roll sifter / cleaners are used in applications where a standard model will accomplish the purpose required. Here, we want you to see a few special designs built just to meet a customer's unique needs.

What do you do when one screen will not remove enough fines from your product but you don't have room for a two screen Gentle Roll? That was the problem we faced recently but it wasn't too much for our design department. The 1-1/2 screen, one drum Gentle Roll shown will fit as needed and accomplish a good job of removing fines from pellets for a company in Arkansas . EBM recommends two screens to remove fines but fitting in the space was more important in this case. (Note: hoppers were included and will be installed at the job site)

Removing Fines from Pellets

This two screen, one drum Gentle Roll is removing fines from pellets in Pennsylvania and needed specially designed hoppers. The customer wanted to be able to direct the fines in two directions depending on the product being sifted. As requested, this machine has manual internal baffles to direct the product as needed.

Another special hopper design was needed for this four screen, single drum Gentle Roll is removing fines and overs from whole corn in Kansas .
